Written in collaboration with Michael Farell, one of Australia's most celebrated contemporary poets, the pair have tapped into a rare breed of songwriting that portrays the underdog and heroic.
Like a Smiths or a Bob Dylan song, 'On the Border' plays on multitudes: absurdism, rawness, absence and intimacy. Combining the dreamy sounds of the War On Drugs with the intrigue of Lee Hazlewood,
